Founder and President: Research and development of knowledge / simulation based systems for the operational analysis of future space transportation systems including processing times and life cycle costs. The company was awarded five contracts by NASA supporting the development of four software tools, including work in support of NASA's Constellation program. The company partnered with Productivity APEX of Florida and Lockheed Martin Space Systems of Louisiana.

Consultant: Development of a five day training course on simulation modeling for the pharmaceutical industry.

NINGBO NORA MANUFACTURING, Ninghai, China 2003 - 2006
Consultant: Analysis of production planning and logistic operations. Development of Kaizen/Lean program.

Consultant: Development of software tools to support logistic operations.

Corporate/University Project: Analysis of logistic operations for a healthcare network that included two hospitals and seventeen alternative care sites. Developed procedures to control material flows from the central supply areas to points of use, equipment control and cleaning, and for patient charging.

Consultant: Managed the design of a layout for a new facility. Analyzed scheduling and capacity problems. Developed a prototype tool to assist in capacity/scheduling planning.

Consultant: Analyzed the simulation component of GE's Six Sigma Wave Training. Developed new training elements to include validation, verification, and data analysis.

Manufacturing Engineer: Co-managed new product development including technical, manufacturing, and quality specifications. Managed start-up and transfer of manufacturing operations. Designed/ implemented facility changes and ISO 9000 procedures.

Industrial Engineer: Designed and implemented a quasi JIT system, directed manufacturing equipment purchases, conducted a consolidation of the warehouses to reduce costs and handling time, and developed and audited the initial procedures for the ISO standard 9002.
